Simple ways to relieve arthritis pain

Do you experience arthritis or joint pain? If so, you're far from alone. According to the National Center for Biotechnology Information, almost everyone experiences the symptoms of osteoarthritis by the age of 70. While some people use powerful prescriptions or surgeries to relieve this pain, there are other options such as Lubra Joint, an herbal joint supplement from Herbal Groups.

Recently, The New York Times spoke to David Felson, a rheumatologist and epidemiologist at Boston University School of Medicine who described some other alternative ways to relieve joint pain.

The doctor recommended that people with joint pain try low-impact exercises such as swimming. This type of physical activity keeps the joints moving, without putting too much pressure on them. Next, he said that if you lose even 10 or 15 percent of your body weight, you can make a big impact on your joint pain.

"I can’t stress enough how important body weight is," said Johnson, quoted by the news source. "With our national crisis of obesity, we’ll see more and more arthritis of the knees, ankles, hips and spine."

So if you're trying to beat arthritis pain, then consider participating in simple physical activity and taking a joint supplement and an herbal diet supplement.
