It's also more likely that we surround ourselves with people who are like us, so choose your friends wisely – they may determine what your habits will be like," said Taub-Dix, quoted by the news source.

Yahoo! Health recommends that people who are trying to fight off aging consume green tea, garlic and grapefruit, all of which are healthy sources of antioxidants.
